Sadamar, located on the west bank of the Ares and Betanzos estuary (43º 21,5 'N and 008º 14,8' W) can be found at the deep end of this estuary, facing the large beach of Miño, in the town of Sada in the port of Fontán area.

The Ría de Ares y Betanzos is one of the so-called Rías Altas, and offers an important shelter for sailors, while being one of the most complete marinas in Galicia, not only for its services and facilities, but also because it is located less than one hour away from important cities such as Coruña and Santiago and its airports.
